1001 Chester is a collection of my experiences, insights and revelations during my journey as an Elder at First Christian Church in Lansing, Michigan. my 3 year term begins january1, 2010. The entries herin are not meant to be minutes of meetings or any other sequential description of Church business. They are expressions of my revelations, questions and search for a way to serve God by serving First Christian Church. I welcome comments, encouragement, suggestions, references or any entries meant to further God's will. Personal attacks, a party spirit, negative and hurtful comments are not welcome and will not be displayed. I have a thick skin, so please do not hesitate to be provocative, questioning and challenging.
